Ticket Sales Account Executive - Charleston Battery (Charleston, SC)

Job Summary: Under the leadership of the Director of Ticket Sales, the Ticket Sales Account Executive is responsible for selling all Charleston Battery  ticket packages including full seasons, partial plans, groups and miscellaneous packages.

Reports to: Director of Ticket Sales

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for producing the maximum revenue for the Charleston Battery through the sale of ticket packages

  • Knowledgeable in all ticket product lines including season plans, partial plans, group sales and premium seating packages

  • Full participation in widespread inbound/outbound call campaigns

  • Minimum of 50 phone calls per day

  • Responsible for in-stadium and outside face-to-face sales presentations to create sales opportunities

  • Responsible for managing and servicing assigned accounts to up-sell and renew on an annual basis

  • Proficient in researching and creating new sales opportunities to increase revenue

  • May be required to work outside sales events in addition to all home games for promoting sales packages through tabling, promotions, and invitations to games

  • Responsible for follow up phone campaigns involving direct marketing efforts

  • Meet or exceed all established activity and sales goals

  • Present weekly sales report to management

  • Active involvement in sales or business organizations including (but not limited to) Chambers of Commerce, Sales and Marketing Executive organizations and other networking association.

  • Represent the Charleston Battery at other events as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited College or University required

  • 2-3 years of sales experience with a pro team, stadium, arena, or public assembly facility

  • Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office applications required

  • Knowledge of ticketing and CRM systems

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to handle multiple projects

  • Effective time management skills

  • Team oriented and self-motivated

  • Natural aggressive style and positive attitude

Job Summary:  The STLFC Ticket Sales Account Executive is responsible for selling all STLFC ticket products including full season, partial plans, flex ticket, special offers, and group ticket packages.

Reports to: STLFC Senior Director of Sales and Business Development

Responsibilities:

·         Knowledge of all ticket products and programs for the organization

·         Producing the maximum revenue possible through the selling of ticket packages

SAFC Service and Retention Representative - San Antonio FC (San Antonio, TX)

Overview:

This position will be accountable for servicing, retaining, and up-selling Season Ticket Members for the San Antonio FC Franchise. Additionally, the San Antonio FC Service Representative will support the San Antonio FC Service & Retention Manager with fulfilling benefits for all members. Responsibilities:

  • Assist Manager in fulfilling benefits for San Antonio FC Season Ticket Members.
  • Manager and Service Representative will plan and execute special events to positively influence renewal intentions; action items include researching and booking event space, creating event themes and gathering vendors to complete entertainment and hospitality needs
  • Collaborate and make recommendations to Directors of Business Operations, San Antonio FC Service & Retention Manager and other SS&E department heads to enhance fan experience based on Season Ticket Member feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four year college or university
  • 1-3 years of service and or sales background.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Power Point and other computer skills required
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks

The Tampa Bay Rowdies are searching for a dynamic Group Account Executive who will be responsible for impacting revenue streams through the sale of group tickets, season tickets, as well as various promotional and hospitality packages. This includes up-selling existing accounts via phone, attending games, participating in networking events, and face to face sales presentations. The ideal candidate is a positive team player that is detail oriented, self-motivated, flexible, energetic, outgoing and resilient and has a strong desire to develop as a sales and service professional.

Responsibilities

  • Sell Tampa Bay Rowdies group tickets and season tickets

  • Achieve or exceed aggressive out-bound call goals to past customers and make cold-calls to businesses to generate new sales 

  • Answer in-bound calls to provide customer service to existing customers and answer general questions about Tampa Bay Rowdies. 

  • Maintain computerized records of all clients and prospects by use of ticketing software 

  • Develop relationships through excellent customer service in an effort to acquire renewal business 

  • Meet with management to provide accurate updates on prospecting activity, sales performance, outside appointments, and account management 

  • Set up appointments and tours of Al Lang Stadium to assist in generating new business opportunities

  • Achieve and exceed sales goals for all ticket inventory and/or promotions 

  • Conduct in-seat client visits during the season

  • Assist in the renewal and maintenance of existing season accounts 

  • Actively compete in sales competitions and other sales-related contests 

  • Participate and contribute to weekly sales team meetings and training sessions

  • Manage groups and pregame experiences before and during scheduled games
     

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or requisite experience) required

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral 

  • Must be able to manage schedule to achieve daily and weekly goals for calls, appointments and sales

Ticket Sales Representative - Tulsa Roughnecks FC (Tulsa, OK)

Tulsa Roughnecks FC is seeking a Ticket Sales Representative to sell tickets packages and groups beginning immediately. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales & building relationships with people. No direct sales experience is required although recommended.

Tulsa Roughnecks FC is in their inaugural season in 2015. Currently, the Roughnecks FC are averaging 4,730 fans per game, 5th highest total in the USL. Tulsa has a long and storied history in American soccer. The original Roughnecks played in the old NASL, drawing record crowds averaging 15,000 - 17,000 fans per game for the season. In 1983, the original Roughnecks won the Soccer Bowl, the first and only major sports championship for the city.

In addition to soccer, the Tulsa Roughnecks FC operate the Tulsa Drillers, the Double-A Affiliate of the Los Angeles Dodgers. The Drillers drew a franchise record 415,403 fans to ONEOK Field in 2014, averaging 6,211 fans per game.  The team’s 18 sellouts were the most in a single season in franchise history.  The Drillers were named Texas League Organization of the Year in 2014, marking the second consecutive year and sixth time that the team has received the award.

Position Responsibilities

1.  Assists Sales Department with the following:

a. Implementation of All Ticket Programs

b. All Ticket Sales- Cold Calling local business/Calling residential ticket purchasers. Sale of season                    tickets, groups, picnics & suite.

c.Ticket Printing and distribution

d. Group Sales- youth programs, birthday parties, churches, schools, daycares, sleepovers, picnics                    & all hospitality.

e. Ticket Office Coverage/Answering Phones

2. Assist in the Game Day Implementation of the following if necessary:

a. Box office window sales

1. Required to upsell any/all single game purchasers to ticket products.

b. Staffing of sales table during all Driller & Roughnecks games.  

c. Assist in Pre-game set up and Post-Game clean up

d. Promotions

e.  Ticket & Schedule Deliveries

f.   Special Projects/Special Events

Any additional task deemed necessary by the Tulsa Drillers/Roughnecks management.   

Time Frame:          Immediate – End of Season 2017

Hours:                    8:30 am – 5:00 pm or 40 hour work week

Position Overview:  
This position will oversee all ‘sponsor’ aspects of the club -- both selling & activation.  This position will report to the Club President.
 
Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and provide strategic direction for day-to-day department operations, including monitoring and forecasting revenues. 
  • Generate sales & partnership marketing of all sponsorship inventory (e.g., pro team, stadium, etc.).
